I usually prefer medium to medium-light coffee, but this coffee is delicious! There is no bitterness at all. It tastes just like the description, smooth and chocolatey. Highly recommend!

The coffee is full of flavor without the bitterness. I used it in my Philips 5400 espresso machine and it tastes consistently great. If you care about the taste and knowing where your coffee comes from, than calabash coffee is right for you.
