Calabash Coffee Company was imagined after a simple exchange, when a somewhat ordinary activity became extraordinary. In a mountaintop café, near one of our coffee-growing partners, a barista simply handed me a cappuccino like I’d ordered many times in many places before. But the taste of this one left me speechless. What made it so different, so flavorful?
